As a tribute to the most successful exhibition in the history of the Rijksmuseum. Not only do the blue and yellow colors refer to Vermeer's most famous work, the inside of the shoe also incorporates details from the iconic painting. The Mizuno Wave Rider 27 Amsterdam Marathon is available at the Marathon Expo.

The Paris-based artist and typographer from Amsterdam explains his striking design: 'I created 3 typographic mono-line designs for the official merchandise: 'Keep Going', 'Good Luck' and 'Am Star Dam'. Everyone who runs the marathon gets the time to shine and is therefore a 'Star'. I see life itself as a marathon and everything you want to succeed in. By being persistent, keep training and keep going with full focus. Enjoy your journey to become a better person, runner, artist or entrepreneur,' Ceizer said.
