When does the pre-registration for Le Champion members open?
The pre-sale for Le Champion members takes place on Friday, 19 December 2025 from 9:00 AM to 9:00 PM. Please note: a limited number of tickets is available per distance.

If you are unable to purchase a race entry during the pre-sale, you can register during the regular registration on Saturday, 20 December 2025 from 12:00 PM.

I want to become a Le Champion member. Can I participate in the pre-sale?
Yes, you can! On Friday, you can easily take out a Le Champion membership at the same time as purchasing your ticket. You will then immediately enjoy all member benefits!

What are the Le Champion member benefits for the TCS Amsterdam Marathon?
As a member, you benefit from exclusive advantages, such as a preferential starting position for the full marathon in Area A, in the legendary Olympic Stadium.

In addition, all members participating in the full and half marathon on Sunday are welcome in the special VIP area at Sporthallen Zuid.

Which events can I register for?
You can register for one of the following events:

• TCS Marathon on Sunday, 18 October
• Mizuno Half Marathon on Sunday, 18 October
• 7.5 km on Saturday, 17 October

How can I register?
You can register via the “Register” button on the TCS Amsterdam Marathon website.

Where can I find my Le Champion membership number?
To make use of the exclusive pre-sale, you will need your Le Champion membership number. Your number will be filled in automatically during registration (provided your details match those in your membership).

You can also find your number on the digital invoice you recently received from us.

I receive an error message. What should I do?
If you receive the message “The entered date of birth or postal code does not match the membership,” please check the details you entered during registration.

The information you enter must match the details in your membership. Have you moved and forgotten to notify us of your change of address? Then register using your old address.

What are the other benefits of the Le Champion membership?
Participating in Le Champion sporting events is already a celebration in itself, but lining up at the start as a member gives that little bit extra. You can read more about the Le Champion Membership on our website.

Will my bib number be sent to my home?
You can pick up your bib number at the Marathon Expo in the RAI Amsterdam. At the latest in the week before the event you will receive an email with all the detailed information and information about picking up your bib number.

The opening hours of the Marathon Expo are:

• Thursday 15 October 13.00 - 20.00 hours
• Friday 16 October 10.00 - 20.00 hours
• Saturday 17 October 09.00 - 19.00 hours

I live abroad, will I receive my bib number by mail?
If you are registered with a foreign address, you will also have to pick up your bib number at the Marathon Expo in the RAI Amsterdam. You will receive information about this in the week of the event.

I bought a ticket through resale. Can I start in another start wave?
When you take over a bib number after Monday September 7, 2026 you also take over the start wave and start time of that person. Earlier start is not allowed, later start is allowed. 

When will registration open?
Registration for the 2026 TCS Amsterdam Marathon opens on Saturday, December 20, 2025 at 12:00 (CET).

When does registration close?
Registration for the TCS Amsterdam Marathon closes on October 5, 2026, unless we sell out before then.

How much does it cost to register?
You can find the fees here.

I did not receive a confirmation email, what now?
The confirmation email is from 'noreply@atleta.cc'. Check your spam or junk mail.

If you have not received the confirmation email, please contact us via this form. You may have made a typing error in the email address.

Is there a post-registration? Is there a waiting list?
There is no post-registration or waiting list.

If you still want to join us in Amsterdam and looking for a ticket, the Atleta Resale page may be able to help you with that. Please check the Bib number Resale page for tickets. The nearer to the event, the more tickets will be availble for resale.

How do I login to my personal account?
If you have previously used your e-mail address to register in Atleta, choose 'Login' during registration. You will then receive an e-mail from 'noreply@atleta.cc' with a code to log in.

How do I change my distance, personal details, expected finish time?
Log in to your dashboard and change your data. You can change your details until 7 September 2026. Later changes will not be taken into account in the orders.

Can I cancel my registration?
If you cannot or do not want to participate, you can transfer your registration to someone else. You can see how this works in the question about 'assign my registration to someone else'.

Can i transfer my registration to 2026?
No, it is not possible to change the registration to 2026, but you can transfer your registration to someone else.
 
How can I assign my registration to someone else?
Go to 'Open dashboard' in your confirmation e-mail. Open your registration and ticket and click 'Details' and 'Transfer ticket'.

Share the unique registration link to allow someone else to claim your ticket. Or choose 'enter the personal details yourself' to fill in all the new runner's details yourself and click 'Save'.
 
If you assign a ticket after the change deadline, 7 September 2026, we can no longer change the name on the bib number. But the new participant's name will be in the official results.

Can I change from TCS Marathon to Mizuno Half Marathon?
You may use your TCS (full) Marathon bib number to participate in the Mizuno Half Marathon. There will be no refund of the price difference, but you will keep the right to the free Mizuno race shirt.

You can collect your TCS Marathon bib number during the Marathon Expo and use it to participate in the Mizuno Half Marathon. You will then start in the same colour start wave at the Mizuno Half Marathon. If your colour is not available, you will start in the last wave of the Mizuno Half Marathon.

Participants in the NK must first exchange their NK bib number at the helpdesk.

Will my bib number be sent to my home address?
You can pick up your bib number at the Marathon Expo in the RAI Amsterdam. At the latest in the week before the event, you will receive an e-mail with all the detailed information and information about picking up your bib number.

Please note! As of this edition, the Marathon Expo is moving from Sporthallen Zuid to RAI Amsterdam! There will be more space for exhibitors, sponsors and other partners to present their latest innovations to the running public. This will also be the location where participants collect their bib numbers and where the helpdesk is located.

I have taken over a bib number from someone. Can I change the name on the bib number?
Once a bib number is made, the name unfortunately cannot be changed. If the bib number is assigned to you online, your name will appear in the results.

How do I find out in which starting area I will start? 
In the week before the event, you will receive an e-mail with the latest participant information including information about your starting area and start time.
 
Can I start earlier/later?
You may start at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon in a later starting area. Starting earlier is not possible.

Where is the start? 
The start of the full marathon is split between the Olympic Stadium (Area A) and Stadionweg (Area B). The start of the half marathon and the 8K are on Stadionweg.

Where is the finish?
The finish is in the Olympic Stadium

How do I find out in which starting area I start?
In the week before the event, you will receive an e-mail with information about your starting area and start time.

Can I start in a different starting area?
You may start at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon in a later starting area. Starting earlier is not possible.

Can I start earlier/later?
You may start at the TCS Amsterdam Marathon in a later starting area. Starting earlier is not possible.

Where is Le Champion's Helpdesk?
You will find the Helpdesk at the Marathon Expo.

Will I receive a medal? 
Every participant will receive a unique medal after finishing!

Where can I have my medal engraved?
You can have your medal engraved at the engraving stand in Sporthallen-Zuid during the event.

Is there a prize ceremony at the Kids Run? 
There is no prize ceremony. All children will receive a medal after the finish.

I would like to run with my child, can I?
Parents with children aged 4 to 6 are allowed to run with their child on the course. Assistance with older children is not possible.

Are there toilets?
There are toilets outside the Olympic Stadium and at every refreshment station.

Are pacers available?
Yes, pacers are available at the TCS Marathon and Mizuno Half Marathon. Click here for more information and target times on the Runner's World Pacing Team.

Are there shower and changing facilities?
Limited changing rooms and shower facilities are available in Sporthallen Zuid.

Are there lockers available?
There are no lockers or lockers available. You can leave clothes at the clothing drop-off.

Can i run with headphones?
Yes, headphones are allowed.

Can I run with a hydration vest?
Yes, that is allowed.

I am unable to download my QR code. Is that correct?
Unfortunately, it is not possible to download the QR code in a PDF file.

However, there is no need to worry. You will find your personal QR code in the final participant information email dated 7 October 2025. With this email, you can easily collect your race number and any extras during the Marathon Expo at the RAI.
